By submitting the ring replacement form, you consent to the following conditions:

• You must have previously participated in an Obligation Ceremony in Canada to be eligible for a replacement. If your name is not listed in our database, no refund will be issued.

• This service is not available to current undergraduate engineering students.

• Should you wish to exchange the ring for a different size, this can be done free of charge at the ceremony. Please get in touch with us to make arrangements. If you cannot attend a ceremony, complete the necessary form and submit the required fee.

• If you locate your previously lost ring after ordering a replacement, please contact our office for support.

• To obtain a replacement for a lost ring, visit a jeweler to accurately measure your finger size. Following this, please fill out and submit the online Replacement Ring order form. Rings are typically dispatched within a month of placing the order.
