Iron Ring Ceremony June16,2024

We plan to hold the next Iron Ring ceremony as above. Please pay attention to the following details.

• Masks are optional and should be worn if you have health concerns.
• With the Farquar Auditorium we are able to have guests. Ringed engineers acting as special presenters are also permitted. No guest ticket required for one ringed professional who will present your ring at the Ceremony. They are a guest of Camp 23, please indicate in your Obligant ticket if you are bringing a ring presenter. Ringed professional must wear a ring in the ceremony, they need to report to registration desk to get their ticket.
• It is imperative that you engage the (typically free) services of a jeweler to measure the pinky-finger of your working hand prior to finalizing your registration
  • Don’t Guess or use the internet!.
• You must register online to attend the ceremony. r. No drop in Registration is permitted, due to the need to confirm eligibility and print certificates.

Event Details:

• Registration starts at 13:00 pm
• Once registered, Obligants and Guests will be directed to their seats in the auditorium.
• Guests can enter the upper seating areas upon arrival.
• Special Presenters need to check in at the Registration Desk, and must be wearing their rings.
• Ceremony starts at 2:00 pm (doors will be closed and no one will be allowed in after 13:55 pm)
• Ceremony takes approximately 1 hour
• Obligants will be able to take photos with their guests on the stage after the Ceremony.
• Obligants will be able to exchange their rings for a different size by mail within 30 days after the ceremony for a $10.00 fee.
